PABL international amateur signing period opens
The January 11 league announcement marks the start of the international amateur market.
The PABL’s international amateur signing period opened January 11, according to the league’s official announcement. International prospects may now sign professional contracts.
The announcement directs clubs to the international amateur free-agent screen for the available-player list. It also notes that players’ eventual destinations are not settled merely by their prior exposure to clubs or their preferences.
